INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes or filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo (premixed vodka and Carajillo, 16% Alc. By Vol.) straight from the can.
  3. 3.Pour 20ml of Campari into the shaker to introduce a distinct bitterness.
  4. 4.Add 15ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice to brighten the bitter notes, complementing the summer theme.
  5. 5.Add a dash of Angostura bitters (about 2-3 dashes) for aromatic depth.
  6. 6.Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and mix.
  7. 7.Discard the ice from the chilled rocks glass or remove it from the freezer.
  8. 8.Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.
  9. 9.Express an orange peel over the top by twisting it, then drop it into the glass for garnish, enhancing the citrus aroma.
