- 1.Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before preparation.
- 2.In a shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo.
- 3.Add 30ml of heavy cream to the shaker.
- 4.Add 10ml of maple syrup for a sweet fall essence.
- 5.Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg into the shaker for a warm spice.
- 6.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the exterior becomes frosty, around 15 seconds.
- 7.Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- 8.Garnish with a cinnamon stick balanced on the rim.
