INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before preparation.
  2. 2.In a shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo.
  3. 3.Add 30ml of heavy cream to the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 10ml of maple syrup for a sweet fall essence.
  5. 5.Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg into the shaker for a warm spice.
  6. 6.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the exterior becomes frosty, around 15 seconds.
  7. 7.Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  8. 8.Garnish with a cinnamon stick balanced on the rim.
