- 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 2.Remove the cap of the Oroma Carajillo can and measure 50ml into a cocktail shaker.
- 3.Add 20ml Campari for bitterness to the shaker.
- 4.Add 10ml of dry vermouth to enhance complexity.
- 5.Add 10ml freshly brewed and cooled espresso to intensify coffee notes.
- 6.Add ice cubes to the shaker, fill it to the brim.
- 7.Shake vigorously for 20 seconds to blend and chill the mixture.
- 8.Strain into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
- 9.Express the aroma with a sprinkle of freshly ground espresso dust on top.
- 10.Serve immediately to retain the fresh bitter character.
