- 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice and water, then set it aside.
- 2.In a shaker, combine 100ml of Oroma Espresso, 25ml fresh lemon juice, 20ml maple syrup, 15ml apple brandy, and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
- 3.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 4.Dump the ice water from the rocks glass and fine strain the mixture into it.
- 5.Add a few dashes of chocolate bitters to the top.
- 6.Gently swirl the glass to integrate the bitters.
