The Autumn Espresso Sour is a rich and invigorating cocktail that combines the robust flavors of Oroma Espresso with the tang of fresh lemon juice and the sweet warmth of maple syrup. Apple brandy adds a fruity depth, while a pinch of ground cinnamon and a few dashes of chocolate bitters elevate the drink with cozy, autumnal spices.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice and water, then set it aside.
  2. 2.In a shaker, combine 100ml of Oroma Espresso, 25ml fresh lemon juice, 20ml maple syrup, 15ml apple brandy, and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  3. 3.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. 4.Dump the ice water from the rocks glass and fine strain the mixture into it.
  5. 5.Add a few dashes of chocolate bitters to the top.
  6. 6.Gently swirl the glass to integrate the bitters.
