INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a margarita glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo directly from the can into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 30ml fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 15ml maple syrup to the shaker.
  6. 6.Pour 15ml crème de violette into the shaker.
  7. 7.Vigorously shake the mixture for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
  8. 8.Double strain into the chilled margarita glass.
