- 1.Chill a rocks glass with ice.
- 2.In a shaker, add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo can, 30ml maple syrup, 30ml Baileys Irish Cream, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- 3.Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well for 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
- 4.Discard the ice from the rocks glass.
- 5.Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- 6.Gently sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon over the top of the drink.
- 7.Serve immediately and enjoy as a smooth, sweet aperitif.
