INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. 2.In a shaker, add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo can, 30ml maple syrup, 30ml Baileys Irish Cream, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  3. 3.Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well for 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
  4. 4.Discard the ice from the rocks glass.
  5. 5.Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  6. 6.Gently sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon over the top of the drink.
  7. 7.Serve immediately and enjoy as a smooth, sweet aperitif.
