INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a Margarita glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.Take an Oroma Carajillo can (100ml), and shake it well before opening to mix the ingredients evenly.
  3. 3.Strain the contents of the Oroma Carajillo can into the chilled Margarita glass.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of Campari to the glass to enhance the bitter profile.
  5. 5.Gently float a bar spoon of Fernet-Branca (15ml) on the surface to intensify the bitterness and complexity.
  6. 6.Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the top to add aromatic citrus notes.
  7. 7.Serve immediately as a bold and bitter digestif.
