- 1.Chill a Margarita glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml of 'Oroma Espresso' canned base (contains vodka and espresso).
- 3.Add 25ml of Campari to the shaker for a touch of bitterness.
- 4.Measure 15ml of Aperol and add it to complement the bitterness with some sweet notes.
- 5.Pour 15ml of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice into the shaker to add a hint of tart freshness.
- 6.Add ice cubes to the shaker, ensuring it’s almost filled to the top.
- 7.Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker feels very cold.
- 8.Remove the ice from the Margarita glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- 9.Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on the edge of the glass to accentuate the bitter flavors with aromatic citrus notes.
