INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a Margarita glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml of 'Oroma Espresso' canned base (contains vodka and espresso).
  3. 3.Add 25ml of Campari to the shaker for a touch of bitterness.
  4. 4.Measure 15ml of Aperol and add it to complement the bitterness with some sweet notes.
  5. 5.Pour 15ml of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice into the shaker to add a hint of tart freshness.
  6. 6.Add ice cubes to the shaker, ensuring it’s almost filled to the top.
  7. 7.Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker feels very cold.
  8. 8.Remove the ice from the Margarita glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
  9. 9.Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on the edge of the glass to accentuate the bitter flavors with aromatic citrus notes.
