INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso base from the can into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 20ml of Campari for a bitter touch.
  5. 5.Pour in 10ml of Amaro Averna to enhance the depth of bitterness.
  6. 6.Introduce 15ml of vermouth to balance the mix with subtle sweetness.
  7. 7.Shake the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds until chilled.
  8. 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  9. 9.Gently float a thin layer of espresso over the top by slowly pouring 10ml fresh espresso onto the back of a spoon positioned just above the liquid's surface.
