The Bitter Espreska is a sophisticated cocktail with a rich blend of coffee and bitter liqueurs. It combines the coffee-forward Oroma Espresso base with layers of Campari and Amaro Averna, finished with a hint of vermouth and a float of fresh espresso.

- 1.Chill a rocks glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso base from the can into the shaker.
- 4.Add 20ml of Campari for a bitter touch.
- 5.Pour in 10ml of Amaro Averna to enhance the depth of bitterness.
- 6.Introduce 15ml of vermouth to balance the mix with subtle sweetness.
- 7.Shake the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds until chilled.
- 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- 9.Gently float a thin layer of espresso over the top by slowly pouring 10ml fresh espresso onto the back of a spoon positioned just above the liquid's surface.
