The Bitter Espresso Crush is a sophisticated cocktail that combines the rich flavors of espresso and vodka with the bitterness of Campari, balanced by the smoothness of coffee liqueur and a refreshing tonic float.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill.
  2. 2.Add 100ml of Oroma Espresso can mix (vodka espresso blend, 16% Alc. By Vol.) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. 3.Pour in 20ml of Campari for a touch of bitterness.
  4. 4.Add 20ml of coffee liqueur for depth.
  5. 5.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to mix and chill the drink.
  6. 6.Strain into the prepared highball glass with fresh ice.
  7. 7.Gently float a splash of tonic water on top, approximately 30ml.
  8. 8.Stir lightly with a bar spoon.
