- 3.Add 25ml Campari, for a sharp, bitter twist.
- 4.Pour in 25ml dry vermouth to enhance the classic notes.
- 5.Stir gently to mix all ingredients evenly and chill the drink.
- 6.Express oils from a strip of orange peel over the top for aroma, then discard the peel.
