INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso (Carajillo) directly from the can into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. 2.Add 20ml of Amaro Nonino for a sweet and herbaceous bitterness.
  3. 3.Add 10ml of Campari for an extra touch of bitterness and vibrant color.
  4. 4.Add a dash of chocolate bitters to enhance the depth.
  5. 5.Shake the mixture vigorously until the exterior of the shaker becomes frosty.
  6. 6.Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes for slow melting.
  7. 7.Strain the mixed cocktail into the prepared glass.
