INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base directly from the can into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. 3.Add 15ml of Campari to the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 10ml of Amaro to deepen the bitterness.
  5. 5.Pour 5ml of rich simple syrup (2:1 ratio of sugar to water) for a hint of sweetness.
  6. 6.Shake the mixture well until the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  7. 7.Remove the highball glass from the freezer and fill it halfway with fresh ice cubes.
  8. 8.Strain the shaken mixture into the chilled highball glass over the ice.
  9. 9.Express the aroma of a mint leaf by lightly bruising it and place gently atop the ice.
