- 1.Chill a highball glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base directly from the can into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- 3.Add 15ml of Campari to the shaker.
- 4.Add 10ml of Amaro to deepen the bitterness.
- 5.Pour 5ml of rich simple syrup (2:1 ratio of sugar to water) for a hint of sweetness.
- 6.Shake the mixture well until the shaker feels cold to the touch.
- 7.Remove the highball glass from the freezer and fill it halfway with fresh ice cubes.
- 8.Strain the shaken mixture into the chilled highball glass over the ice.
- 9.Express the aroma of a mint leaf by lightly bruising it and place gently atop the ice.
