INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Start by filling a shaker with ice.
  2. 2.Add 100ml Oroma Carajillo, directly from the can, into the shaker.
  3. 3.Add 15ml dark rum for an added depth of warmth.
  4. 4.Include 15ml cinnamon syrup for a touch of autumn spice.
  5. 5.Pour in 10ml coffee liqueur to accentuate the coffee notes of the Carajillo.
  6. 6.Shake vigorously until the shaker feels ice-cold to the touch.
  7. 7.Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  8. 8.Top with 30ml of chilled tonic water for a bubbly finish.
