INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
  2. 2.Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour the entire 100ml can of Oroma Carajillo into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of rich coffee liqueur to the shaker.
  5. 5.Pour in 20ml of aged dark rum for depth and character.
  6. 6.Measure 15ml of honey syrup (1:1 honey to water ratio) and add to the shaker.
  7. 7.Add a pinch of ground cardamom to introduce a touch of spring freshness.
  8. 8.Shake vigorously until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
  9. 9.Discard the ice water or remove the chilled rocks glass from the freezer.
  10. 10.Double strain the mix into the chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  11. 11.Serve immediately.
