- 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- 2.Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- 3.Pour the entire 100ml can of Oroma Carajillo into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml of rich coffee liqueur to the shaker.
- 5.Pour in 20ml of aged dark rum for depth and character.
- 6.Measure 15ml of honey syrup (1:1 honey to water ratio) and add to the shaker.
- 7.Add a pinch of ground cardamom to introduce a touch of spring freshness.
- 8.Shake vigorously until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
- 9.Discard the ice water or remove the chilled rocks glass from the freezer.
- 10.Double strain the mix into the chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- 11.Serve immediately.
