INSTRUCTIONS

  3. 3.Add 25ml of fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  4. 4.Pour 15ml of simple syrup into the shaker.
  5. 5.Crack an egg and add the egg white to the shaker for froth.
  6. 6.Seal the shaker and dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds to create foam.
  7. 7.Open the shaker, add a handful of ice, and shake again for 15 seconds until cold.
  8. 8.Strain the mix into the chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  9. 9.Optional: Add a pinch of nutmeg or grated dark chocolate to the foam for an extra touch.
