The Brunch Palapa is a tropical and creamy cocktail that combines the balanced bitterness and sweetness of Oroma Carajillo with the exotic flavors of coconut milk and pineapple juice. A hint of honey syrup adds extra sweetness and richness.

- 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water and setting aside.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- 3.Pour the entire contents of an 'Oroma Carajillo' (100ml) into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml of coconut milk to the shaker for a creamy texture.
- 5.Introduce a tropical touch by adding 15ml of pineapple juice.
- 6.To sweeten, pour in 10ml of honey syrup (1 part honey to 1 part water).
- 7.Secure the lid of the shaker and shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty.
- 8.Discard the ice water from the chilled rocks glass.
- 9.Strain the shaken mixture into the empty, chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- 10.Serve immediately, allowing the lush tropical aroma to entice your brunch guests.
