The Brunch Palapa is a tropical and creamy cocktail that combines the balanced bitterness and sweetness of Oroma Carajillo with the exotic flavors of coconut milk and pineapple juice. A hint of honey syrup adds extra sweetness and richness.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water and setting aside.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour the entire contents of an 'Oroma Carajillo' (100ml) into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of coconut milk to the shaker for a creamy texture.
  5. 5.Introduce a tropical touch by adding 15ml of pineapple juice.
  6. 6.To sweeten, pour in 10ml of honey syrup (1 part honey to 1 part water).
  7. 7.Secure the lid of the shaker and shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty.
  8. 8.Discard the ice water from the chilled rocks glass.
  9. 9.Strain the shaken mixture into the empty, chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  10. 10.Serve immediately, allowing the lush tropical aroma to entice your brunch guests.
