INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a margarita glass by filling it with ice and set aside.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, pour the entire 100ml can of Oroma Espresso base.
  3. 3.Add 25ml fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 20ml simple syrup to balance the sourness.
  5. 5.Add 15ml of rich Amaretto for a nutty sweetness.
  6. 6.Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  7. 7.Discard the ice from the glass and strain the mixture into the chilled margarita glass.
  8. 8.Add 2-3 dashes of aromatic bitters to the top.
  9. 9.Garnish with a couple of espresso beans for aroma.
