  6. 6.Add ice to the shaker until half full.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously until the mixture is cold and creamy.
  8. 8.Dump the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.
  9. 9.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass to ensure a smooth texture.
