- 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
- 2.Take a shaker and fill it with ice cubes until it's about 2/3 full.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml of fresh pineapple juice to the shaker.
- 5.Add 15ml of coconut cream to the shaker.
- 6.Pour 10ml of cinnamon syrup into the shaker for a fall spice touch.
- 7.Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mix is well chilled.
- 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass, ensuring no ice makes it into the glass.
- 9.Garnish with a thin slice of toasted coconut on the rim of the glass.
- 10.Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for aroma and decoration.
