The Café & Cocco Cocktail combines the rich and robust flavors of Oroma Espresso with the tropical sweetness of pineapple and creamy coconut, finished with a hint of cinnamon spice. This cocktail is a luxurious blend that captures the essence of a cozy tropical getaway.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Take a shaker and fill it with ice cubes until it's about 2/3 full.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of fresh pineapple juice to the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 15ml of coconut cream to the shaker.
  6. 6.Pour 10ml of cinnamon syrup into the shaker for a fall spice touch.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mix is well chilled.
  8. 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass, ensuring no ice makes it into the glass.
  9. 9.Garnish with a thin slice of toasted coconut on the rim of the glass.
  10. 10.Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for aroma and decoration.
