INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes or filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the ingredients.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml of Oroma Carajillo.
  3. 3.Add 30ml of heavy cream to the shaker.
  4. 4.Incorporate 15ml of coffee liqueur into the mixture.
  5. 5.Add 10ml of maple syrup for a subtle fall sweetness.
  6. 6.Add ice to the shaker to cool the mixture efficiently, approximately filling the shaker halfway.
  7. 7.Shake well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the exterior of the shaker feels icy to the touch, about 15 seconds.
  8. 8.Empty the chilled rocks glass of any ice or water, and strain the creamy mixture into the prepared glass.
  9. 9.To enhance the fall feel, sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg on top as a garnish.
  10. 10.Add two espresso beans on top for a final decorative and aromatic touch.
