- 1.Chill a highball glass with ice water, then discard the ice water before using.
- 2.Pour 100ml Oroma Carajillo from the can into the highball glass.
- 3.Add 30ml of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice to the glass.
- 4.Drop in 15ml of Campari for a bitter edge.
- 5.Stir the mixture gently to combine the ingredients.
- 6.Fill the glass with large ice cubes to the top.
- 7.Gently top with soda water to add a slight fizz.
- 8.Stir once again gently just to integrate the flavors without diluting too much.
- 9.Serve immediately to retain freshness and fizz.
