Café Santo is a tropical twist on a classic coffee cocktail, blending the robustness of Oroma Carajillo with the sweet tang of pineapple juice and rich coconut syrup. It’s garnished with grated nutmeg, adding a spiced aroma to the drink.

- 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water, then set it aside.
- 2.Shake the unopened can of 'Oroma Carajillo' gently to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- 3.Empty the chilled rocks glass and fill it with three large ice cubes.
- 4.Pour 100ml of 'Oroma Carajillo' from the can directly over the ice.
- 5.Add 30ml of fresh pineapple juice to the glass.
- 6.Splash in 10ml of coconut syrup.
- 7.Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
- 8.Finish with a light sprinkle of grated nutmeg over the drink's surface.
