Café Santo is a tropical twist on a classic coffee cocktail, blending the robustness of Oroma Carajillo with the sweet tang of pineapple juice and rich coconut syrup. It’s garnished with grated nutmeg, adding a spiced aroma to the drink.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water, then set it aside.
  2. 2.Shake the unopened can of 'Oroma Carajillo' gently to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. 3.Empty the chilled rocks glass and fill it with three large ice cubes.
  4. 4.Pour 100ml of 'Oroma Carajillo' from the can directly over the ice.
  5. 5.Add 30ml of fresh pineapple juice to the glass.
  6. 6.Splash in 10ml of coconut syrup.
  7. 7.Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
  8. 8.Finish with a light sprinkle of grated nutmeg over the drink's surface.
Serving Suggestions
