- 1.Chill a highball glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 2.Remove the highball glass from the freezer and set aside.
- 3.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 4.Pour the contents of one 'Oroma Carajillo' 100ml can into the shaker.
- 5.Add 30ml of coffee liqueur to the shaker.
- 6.Add 20ml of crème de menthe to the shaker.
- 7.Shake the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds to blend and chill.
- 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass over fresh ice.
- 9.Top off with 40ml of sparkling water for a touch of effervescence.
