INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. 2.Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Add 100ml of Oroma Espresso base into the shaker.
  4. 4.Pour 50ml of heavy cream into the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 25ml of hazelnut syrup for a nutty sweetness.
  6. 6.Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to combine ingredients and chill the mixture.
  7. 7.Strain the contents of the shaker into the chilled highball glass.
  8. 8.Gently layer 30ml of frothed milk on top using the back of a spoon for the cloud effect.
  9. 9.Lightly dust the top with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
