- 1.Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
- 2.In a shaker, combine 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base.
- 3.Add 20ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker.
- 4.Pour 15ml of simple syrup into the mixture.
- 5.Crack one egg and separate the egg white, adding it to the shaker (ensure it's fresh).
- 6.Secure the shaker lid and perform a dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- 7.Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds to chill and dilute.
- 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass, ensuring no ice falls in.
- 9.Finish by allowing the foam to settle and form a smooth layer on top.
