- 2.In a shaker, combine 100ml of 'Oroma Carajillo' base with 30ml of Irish cream liqueur.
- 3.Add 15ml of coconut milk to the shaker for a creamy texture.
- 4.Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- 5.Discard the ice water from the rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.
- 6.Gently layer 10ml of heavy cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
