INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Add one can (100ml) of Oroma Espresso to the shaker.
  4. 4.Pour 30ml of coconut rum into the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 15ml of banana liqueur to the mix.
  6. 6.Drop 2 dashes of chocolate bitters in.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
  8. 8.Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass.
  9. 9.Sprinkle a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg over the surface for aroma.
