- 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
- 2.Retrieve the chilled coupe glass.
- 3.Pour 100ml of 'Oroma Carajillo' into a cocktail shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml of pineapple juice.
- 5.Include 20ml of passion fruit syrup.
- 6.Add 10ml of freshly squeezed lime juice.
- 7.Fill the shaker with ice.
- 8.Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until chilled and well combined.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- 10.Slowly float 15ml of dark rum on top of the drink, pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- 11.Gently float a few dashes of Angostura bitters over the dark rum layer to add a layer of aromatic complexity.
