- 1.Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml of Oroma Carajillo with 25ml fresh lemon juice.
- 3.Add 15ml simple syrup to the shaker.
- 4.Crack an egg and separate, adding only the egg white to the mix for a foamy texture.
- 5.Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to emulsify the ingredients and form a frothy layer.
- 6.Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again to chill.
- 7.Empty the coupe glass of ice and fine strain the mixture into it to remove ice shards and any solid particles.
- 8.Serve immediately while the foam is fresh and thick.
Serve this cocktail in a coupe glass immediately after preparation to enjoy its fresh and thick foam. Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry for an aromatic touch and extra flair.
