- 1.Chill a martini glass with ice water.
- 2.In a shaker, add the 100ml of Oroma Espresso can contents.
- 3.Squeeze 15ml fresh lemon juice.
- 4.Add 10ml simple syrup.
- 5.Measure 20ml of egg white and add to the shaker.
- 6.Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice for a dry shake to foam the egg white.
- 7.Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill.
- 8.Double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
