INGREDIENTS

Oroma Carajillofresh grapefruit juicehoney syrupfresh lime juicesoda water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo (from a can) into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 60ml fresh grapefruit juice.
  5. 5.Add 15ml honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part hot water).
  6. 6.Add 10ml fresh lime juice.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  8. 8.Remove the highball glass from the freezer.
  9. 9.Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass over ice cubes.
  10. 10.Top with 30ml chilled soda water.
  11. 11.Give a gentle stir to combine.
