- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo (from a can) into the shaker.
- 4.Add 60ml fresh grapefruit juice.
- 5.Add 15ml honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part hot water).
- 6.Add 10ml fresh lime juice.
- 7.Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- 8.Remove the highball glass from the freezer.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass over ice cubes.
- 10.Top with 30ml chilled soda water.
