INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill the coupe glass in the freezer.
  2. 2.In a shaker, add 100ml of Oroma Espresso from the can.
  3. 3.Add 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  4. 4.Add 15ml maple syrup.
  5. 5.Crack an egg, carefully separating the yolk and adding the egg white to the shaker.
  6. 6.Add 3 drops of chocolate bitters.
  7. 7.Fill the shaker with ice.
  8. 8.Shake vigorously for 10 seconds to chill.
  9. 9.Strain to remove the ice and dry shake again for an additional 10 seconds to build foam.
  10. 10.Double strain into the chilled coupe glass, ensuring the foam forms a smooth layer on top.
