The El Dorado Sour is a delightful balance of sweet and sour with a hint of almond and cinnamon. It combines the rich coffee and bittersweet notes of Oroma Carajillo with the tart freshness of lemon juice and the subtle, nutty sweetness of amaretto.

- 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Carajillo into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
- 5.Measure and add 20ml simple syrup to the mix.
- 6.Pour 15ml of amaretto into the shaker for an almond undertone.
- 7.Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 8.Retrieve the chilled coupe glass from the freezer.
- 9.Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- 10.Float a light dusting of cinnamon powder over the surface.
Serving Suggestions
