El Dusk Delight is a rich and creamy cocktail that combines the smooth complexity of Oroma Carajillo with hints of vanilla and cream, rounded off by a touch of orange citrus. The drink is finished with a sprinkle of fragrant nutmeg and a festive dehydrated orange wheel.
INGREDIENTS
Oroma Carajillo basevanilla syrupcream liqueurfreshly squeezed orange juiceice cubesfresh nutmegdehydrated orange wheel
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water, then set aside.
- 2.In a shaker, add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base.
- 3.Pour in 15ml of vanilla syrup.
- 4.Add 25ml of cream liqueur to enhance the sweet notes.
- 5.Measure and add 10ml of freshly squeezed orange juice for a subtle winter citrus kick.
- 6.Place a large handful of ice cubes into the shaker and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold.
- 7.Dump the ice water from the chilled rocks glass, then strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.
- 8.Lightly grate fresh nutmeg over the top to finish.
- 9.Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel for a festive touch.
