INGREDIENTS

Oroma Carajillolime juicesimple syrupegg whitesoda water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. 2.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo (espresso martini with vodka base).
  3. 3.Pour 20ml of freshly squeezed lime juice into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 15ml of simple syrup.
  5. 5.Crack a fresh egg, and carefully add the egg white only into the shaker.
  6. 6.Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  7. 7.Add more ice to the shaker and shake again for an additional 10 seconds.
  8. 8.Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  9. 9.Top up with soda water until the highball glass is full.
  10. 10.Give a gentle stir with a bar spoon to integrate all ingredients.
