INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass by filling it with ice water and let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. 2.Discard the ice water and fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base over the ice cubes.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of Campari for a bitter touch.
  5. 5.Squeeze in the juice of half a freshly cut lemon, ensuring to capture the brightness of summer.
  6. 6.Add 15ml of sweet vermouth to balance the flavors.
  7. 7.Top with a light splash of tonic water, about 20ml, for fizz and refreshment.
  8. 8.Gently stir the drink using a bar spoon to combine all the ingredients harmoniously.
  9. 9.Garnish with a twisted lemon peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on the rim.
