  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice and water. Set aside while you prepare the drink.
  2. 2.Take 1 can of Oroma Carajillo (100ml). Pour its contents into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. 3.Add 30ml of aged rum to the shaker to introduce complexity and warmth.

  5. 5.Add a pinch of sea salt to the mix, heightening the drink's flavors.
