INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a margarita glass by filling it with ice water, set aside.
  2. 2.In a shaker, pour 100ml Oroma Espresso can containing vodka and espresso.
  3. 3.Add 30ml fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  4. 4.Include 15ml simple syrup for a touch of sweetness.
  5. 5.Add 1 egg white for a silky texture.
  6. 6.Shake well without ice to emulsify the ingredients.
  7. 7.Fill the shaker with ice and shake again vigorously until chilled.
  8. 8.Dump ice water from the margarita glass.
  9. 9.Strain the mixture into the glass, ensuring a smooth pour with a rich, frothy layer on top.
  10. 10.Serve immediately and enjoy as a warming winter digestif.
