- 3.Add 30ml fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
- 4.Include 15ml simple syrup for a touch of sweetness.
- 5.Add 1 egg white for a silky texture.
- 6.Shake well without ice to emulsify the ingredients.
- 7.Fill the shaker with ice and shake again vigorously until chilled.
- 8.Dump ice water from the margarita glass.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the glass, ensuring a smooth pour with a rich, frothy layer on top.
