- 5.Pour 10ml of freshly squeezed lime juice.
- 6.Measure and add 15ml of coconut cream for a tropical touch.
- 7.Shake the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds to ensure everything is well blended and chilled.
- 8.Empty the ice water from the rocks glass and add fresh ice cubes.
- 9.Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass over the ice.
- 10.Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a small sprig of mint for added aroma.
