INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Shake well a 100ml can of Oroma Carajillo base.
  3. 3.Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  4. 4.Pour the entire can of Oroma Carajillo into the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 20ml of coconut rum to the shaker.
  6. 6.Include 10ml of ginger liqueur for an added spice.
  7. 7.Shake the mix vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  8. 8.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
  9. 9.Gently sprinkle a pinch of espresso powder over the top for aroma.
