INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes or fill it with ice water to set aside.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml Oroma Espresso as the base of your cocktail.
  3. 3.Add 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice for the sour element.
  4. 4.Add 15ml simple syrup for sweetness to balance the espresso and lemon.
  5. 5.Add 1 egg white to create a smooth, frothy texture.
  6. 6.Dry shake the ingredients in the shaker (without ice) for 15 seconds to aerate the egg white.
  7. 7.Add ice to the shaker, then shake again vigorously for 20 seconds to chill and blend.
  8. 8.Strain the mixture into your chilled martini glass.
  9. 9.Optionally, you can add a touch of nutmeg or a dash of cinnamon on top for a wintery spice.
