INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice and set aside.
- 2.Take the 'Oroma Espresso' canned drink (100ml), giving it a good shake to mix the contents well.
- 3.Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters into the shaker.
- 4.Pour the entire contents of the 'Oroma Espresso' can into the shaker over the bitters.
- 5.Add 20ml of freshly brewed chilled coffee to the shaker for an additional coffee aroma.
- 6.Add 15ml of Amaro for depth and complexity to emphasize the bitter profile.
- 7.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
- 8.Discard the ice from the rocks glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
