- 1.Chill a highball glass by filling it with ice water for a few minutes, then discard the ice water.
- 2.Fill the highball glass with fresh ice cubes, leaving room at the top.
- 3.Open the can of Oroma Espresso and pour 100ml directly into the glass over the ice.
- 4.Add 50ml of hazelnut liqueur to the glass.
- 5.Measure 25ml of caramel syrup and pour it into the glass.
- 6.Pour 150ml of club soda gently into the glass to top it up, using a bar spoon to control the pour to avoid too much foam.
- 7.Stir gently to blend the ingredients and incorporate the flavors.
