INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 2.Shake 100ml of Oroma Espresso Base in the can to ensure a proper mix of vodka and espresso.
- 3.Prepare 30ml of fresh coconut milk and set aside.
- 4.Juice a fresh orange and measure out 15ml of orange juice.
- 5.Measure 5ml of spiced syrup made from cinnamon and star anise.
- 6.Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- 7.Pour the 100ml Oroma Espresso Base, 30ml coconut milk, 15ml orange juice, and 5ml spiced syrup into the shaker.
- 8.Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
- 9.Double strain into the chilled coupe glass to catch any ice shards and excess foam.
- 10.Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
- 11.Serve immediately as a delightful winter digestif.
