INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a Margarita glass by filling it with ice water and set aside.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml of Oroma Espresso can drink.
  3. 3.Add 30ml of fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  4. 4.Include 15ml of simple syrup into the mixture.
  5. 5.Add 1 egg white to the shaker for a frothy texture.
  6. 6.Dry shake the mixture (without ice) for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  7. 7.Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 20 seconds.
  8. 8.Discard the ice water from the Margarita glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
