Espresso On The Rocks is a refreshing, coffee-infused cocktail featuring the smooth blend of Oroma Carajillo and freshly brewed espresso, brightened with a dash of orange bitters.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice cubes and set it aside.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo from the can into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 20ml of freshly brewed espresso to the shaker to enhance the coffee flavors.
  5. 5.Add a dash of orange bitters to brighten the drink.
  6. 6.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to properly mix and chill the ingredients.
  7. 7.Empty the ice from the chilled rocks glass.
  8. 8.Strain the mixture from the shaker into the rocks glass over fresh ice cubes.
  9. 9.Garnish with an orange twist by expressing the oil over the drink and dropping it into the glass.
