INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer or by filling it with ice and water while preparing the drink.
- 2.Take a shaker and add ice cubes to it to keep the mixture cool.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso from the can into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml of coconut water to introduce a tropical element.
- 5.Incorporate 15ml of fresh pineapple juice for a sweet and fruity note.
- 6.Add 10ml of fresh lime juice to balance with a refreshing citrus tang.
- 7.Include 7.5ml of simple syrup to adjust sweetness to your taste.
- 8.Shake well until the mixture is chilled, around 15-20 seconds.
- 9.Empty the rocks glass of any ice or water if used to chill it.
- 10.Strain the mixture from the shaker into the rocks glass.
- 11.Garnish with a slice of dehydrated pineapple and a small palm leaf for visual and aromatic tropical cues.
