- 1.Chill a highball glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base into the shaker.
- 4.Add 20ml of coffee liqueur.
- 5.Pour in 15ml of simple syrup.
- 6.Add 10ml of heavy cream.
- 7.Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
- 8.Remove the highball glass from the freezer.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- 10.Add a dash of chocolate bitters on top.
