- 2.Prepare 1 shot (30ml) of fresh dark espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
- 3.In a shaker, add 1 can (100ml) of Oroma Espresso, 30ml of cooled espresso, and 10ml coffee liqueur.
- 4.Add ice to the shaker until half full, then shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- 5.Empty the ice water from the highball glass and strain the shaker's contents into the glass over fresh ice.
- 6.Slowly pour 20ml of heavy cream over the back of a spoon to float on top, creating a layered effect.
- 7.Serve immediately with a brunch feast.
